Back in time!

Back in time!

Nowadays, we’re all surrended by social media and smarphones, and it’s never been so easy to communicate. And the youngest generations can barely imagine what the world looked like before. Let’s go back in time.

There was a time, not so far from us, when phones were not mobile, and when the verbs “like” and “share” were not set in minds as ways to communicate.

In the autumn 1971, the very first email was sent by Ray Tomlinson, a visionary American computer programer. Following his recent death, on 5th March 2016, we wanted to share this video with you. It “only” dates back to 1984, but still reminds us how fast the computing industry has been growing for fifty years.

Enjoy!
